The Access Care Foundation (TACF)
The Access Care Foundation (TACF) is dedicated to supporting and delivering client-centred health and wellness initiatives across local, national, and international communities. The Foundation’s mission is to help individuals of all ages live safely, with dignity, and with access to essential care—regardless of age, illness, ability, or adversity. TACF supports a wide range of initiatives including in-kind donations, support services, and upcoming transportation services. Through community partnerships and innovative programs, the Foundation works to address health inequities and improve quality of life for those most in need.
